We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Orders are cut and shipped 6 days a week. Orders received are cut and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our shipping rates are as follows:

- 1 Yard – $5.00 USPS First-Class Mail®
- 2 Yards – $6.00 USPS First-Class Mail®
- 3-10 Yards – $8.00 USPS Priority Mail®
108″ 100% cotton only
- 1 Yard $6.00 – USPS Priority Mail®
- 2-5 Yards $8.00 – USPS Priority Mail®
- 6+ Yards $13.20 – USPS Priority Mail®
Flannel fabrics may ship at a higher rate depending on the bulkiness of each individual flannel fabric.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Occasionally, our international customers have had to pay extra fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. Also, when customs clearance procedures are necessary, delays can be caused that will increase the time it takes to arrive. Although duties and customs are beyond our control, we do shed a tear for those who experience them. Seriously.
Returns
Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. And remember, because they are offered at such a deep discount, clearance items are final sale. Thank you for understanding!
Damaged Goods
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email customer service and you’ll get a return label to send it back. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Sometimes, especially with fabric, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.
